PraxiRun is a cloud architecture simulation platform that allows users to design, simulate, and evaluate distributed system architectures in a browser-based environment. The Service includes design tools, traffic simulation, failure injection, AI-powered scoring, and export capabilities.

Your content: You retain full ownership of all architecture designs, configurations, and content you create using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your designs.
Our content: The Service, including its software, design, graphics, simulation engine, component catalog, and documentation, is owned by PraxiRun and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
All cloud service names, product names, logos, and trademarks displayed within the Service (including but not limited to Amazon Web Services, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, GCP, IBM, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Redis, PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, and others) are the property of their respective owners.
PraxiRun is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The use of these names within the Service is solely for identification and simulation purposes.
Simulation data disclaimer: Component costs, latencies, throughput values, SLA figures, and AI model pricing shown in the simulation are indicative estimates for modeling purposes only. They may not reflect current actual pricing, performance, or availability from the respective providers. Users should always refer to official provider documentation and pricing pages for accurate and up-to-date information before making purchasing or architectural decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PraxiRun does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Simulation results are for educational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional engineering advice. You are solely responsible for validating any architecture decisions in your production environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PraxiRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination using the available export tools.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PraxiRun operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
